Coaching Circle: Increase your emotional intelligence

Join a peer Coaching Circle in the Level 7 Exchange. To create connections, share knowledge and build skills together; we’ll be hosting some Coaching Circles in the Exchange — facilitated by our learning and development partners at You Can Now.Coaching Circles combine the power of peer-led learning with the practicing of our coaching, collaboration and communication skills. Small groups of five peers come together for a 90 minute exploration of a topic through stimulating content and structured, action-oriented discussion. Coaching Circles provide a safe and social space in which to share, discuss and reflect around issues of collective interest at work — from diversity and inclusion, to difficult conversations — with accountability for action deeply built in.Katy Kent, a You Can Now Coach Facilitator, describes the power of the format: "Through working together on collective challenges, Coaching Circle participants are able to shift from a problem-solving mindset to a collaborative one — seeing themselves in the service of others learning. This shift has a huge impact on how they then lead, participate and influence within their own teams.” We’d love for you to experience the energising impact of a Coaching Circle, and to connect with other members of the 22 Bishopsgate community in the process.
